Refund Policy for 121Vibes
At 121Vibes, we aim to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for all our users. However, we understand that certain situations may necessitate a refund. Our refund policy is designed in compliance with Indian laws governing IT products and services, ensuring transparency and fairness.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are provided under the following circumstances:
1.1 Technical Issues:
If a user is unable to connect with a listener due to a technical fault in the app caused by 121Vibes. If payment is successfully deducted but the balance is not credited to the user’s account.
1.2 Service Quality Issues:If the user experiences a significant disruption in service during a session (e.g., poor call quality caused by the app).
1.3 Unauthorized Transactions:If the user identifies unauthorized transactions or fraudulent activity linked to their account.
2. Non-Refundable ScenariosRefunds will not be provided in the following cases:
2.1. If the issue arises due to the user’s personal device, internet connectivity, or third-party service
providers.
2.2. Dissatisfaction with the advice or emotional support provided by the listener.
2.3. Balance remaining in the user’s wallet after voluntary recharge, unless mandated by law.
3.1. Submission of Request:
Users must submit a refund request within 7 days of the transaction via the in-app grievance module or by emailing admin@oiosoftwares.com
The request should include transaction details, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or evidence.
3.2. Review and Resolution:Refund requests will be reviewed by our team within 5 business days. Upon verification of the claim, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method or the user’s wallet, as applicable.
3.3. Communication:The user will be notified of the status and resolution of their refund request via email or the in-app notification system.
4. Wallet Refunds and Expiry4.1. Wallet Balances:
Refunds for unresolved issues may be credited to the user’s wallet for future use, unless a direct refund is specifically requested.
Wallet balances are non-refundable, except in the event of app discontinuation or legal mandate.
4.2. Wallet Expiry:Any unused balance in the wallet will expire after 12 months from the date of recharge.
